COVID-19: How Scott Lamp is Responding

To Our Clients and Sales Representatives:

I hope this finds you and your families healthy and safe amid this COVID-19 Pandemic.  First and foremost, we are focused on the health and well-being of our employees, representatives, customers and their families.  As you all know, this is something which we have not experienced at this level to date. 

Currently, we are abiding by all state and local recommendations to mitigate the spread of this virus.  We are currently working at capacity on the production floor, where we have instituted social distancing policies and practices. We have many of our customer service and administrative staff working from home and/or on alternating schedules to lessen personal contact.  All phone and e-mail communications will be seamless as though they are working here on-site, however, in some cases, there may be a short delay in response time.  We ask for your understanding and support as we try to improve and overcome any shortfalls as we transition to this new operational procedure.  Our factories overseas seem to be almost back to full capacity and our SLC China office is fully staffed with QC, Engineering and Drafting Support. 

We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 virus situation day by day and will take further steps to ensure everyone’s safety in the future if deemed prudent.

Thank you all for your past and continued support, we will all get through this tough time together, and we all look forward to returning to the life that we are accustomed to.
